- Appointment moved
- Appointment cancelled
- Call ended
- chat.handoff_creado
- chat.handoff_respondido
- contacto.bloqueado
- contacto.desbloqueado
Depending on the notification and connection, it can include: Customer name · Phone · Service · Date and time · Branch · Notes · Table or space.

Relevant limits

What an appointment looks like when it arrives
This is how the alert reaches your Baserow when the assistant books an appointment:
New appointment · Ana López
Haircut · Thursday, September 10, 5:00 p.m.
Downtown branch · +52 81 1234 5678
Booked over the phone
Note: first-time customer.
And the full appointment stays in your dashboard, even if you never open Baserow.
How to verify and troubleshoot
- Use Test in Atendalia and confirm that Baserow records the sample.
- Check the integration log for a delivered status and an HTTP success response.
- Enable one event at a time first so the destination is easy to identify.
- Use “Test” in the dashboard and check the result in Baserow before enabling real events.
- If you see 401 or 403, review the token, its validity and the provider permissions.
- If no data arrives, review the integration log and confirm that the event is enabled.
