What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser to remember certain information across pages and visits. Atendalia uses only the cookies needed for the platform to work: we don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't share your browsing with third parties.
Cookies we use
- Sign-in session — keeps you securely signed in while you use your dashboard. Without it you couldn't stay logged into your account.
- Trusted device — if you choose it when signing in, it spares you the access code for 30 days on that device. It only works with your current password: changing it or signing out invalidates it immediately.
- Theme and language preference — remembers whether you pick light or dark mode and the interface language, so you don't have to set it every time.
All of them are strictly necessary for the site to work, so they don't require a consent banner. They're not used to profile you or to show you ads.
How to control them
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Keep in mind that if you block the session cookie you won't be able to sign in to your dashboard. The trusted-device one you can remove yourself from your dashboard, with "Forget this device" or by signing out — without waiting for it to expire.
