What information is shared?
Depending on the notification and what this connection supports, it can send the name, phone, service, date, time, and location. Choose the notifications you need and review the example before connecting real customers; it does not send a complete copy of your business.
Do I need Zapier or another account?
This connection does not require Zapier or Make. Use your AgendaPro account and authorize the connection or copy the key or address provided by that tool. Its plans and possible charges still apply.

What your AgendaPro receives every time an appointment is booked
Your AI phone assistant answers the call, books the appointment in your calendar and sends it to AgendaPro. You choose what we notify you about:
- New appointment
Depending on the notification and connection, it can include: Customer name · Phone · Service · Date and time · Branch · Notes · Table or space.
How to connect it
- 1Hire your assistant at atendalia.com.mx/signup and forward your business calls. Nothing to install.
- 2In your dashboard, open Integrations → Add and choose AgendaPro.
- 3In AgendaPro: Settings → Integrations → generate your API Key (you need the Pro plan and the bookings:write scope). Your location and service ids come from their own lists. We only send NEW appointments: moving and cancelling would need the booking id on their side, which we do not have.
- 4Hit Test: AgendaPro receives a sample notification instantly, with the real look of every appointment.

Relevant limits
- This connection only covers the events shown on this page.
- Provider availability, quotas, permissions, and charges are controlled by AgendaPro.
- It only creates new bookings; moving or canceling would require retaining the remote id.
What an appointment looks like when it arrives
This is how the alert reaches your AgendaPro when the assistant books an appointment:
New appointment · Ana López
Haircut · Thursday, September 10, 5:00 p.m.
Downtown branch · +52 81 1234 5678
Booked over the phone
Note: first-time customer.
And the full appointment stays in your dashboard, even if you never open AgendaPro.
How to verify and troubleshoot
- Use Test in Atendalia and confirm that AgendaPro records the sample.
- Check the integration log for a delivered status and an HTTP success response.
- Enable one event at a time first so the destination is easy to identify.
- Use “Test” in the dashboard and check the result in AgendaPro before enabling real events.
- If you see 401 or 403, review the token, its validity and the provider permissions.
- If no data arrives, review the integration log and confirm that the event is enabled.
Specific questions
Can AgendaPro change my Atendalia appointments?
